So I was reading this thing on this website, about 8 ways to increase hope (http://www.beliefnet.com/Health/Emotional-Health/Depression/Increase-Hope.aspx). SO I decided to sum up the ideas for everyone, as well as add my own, I guess.
This is not about getting just hope, but also about bringing a positive energy into ourlives.
1. Give yourself time:
Everyday, whenever things are getting that little bit too hard, take a time out. Whether it be taking a walk, having a cup of tea or coffee, reading for a bit, do it. Let yourself do it; don't force yourself into a total work mode and ignore your body's need for a break. Doing this, a little b
